How this website uses cookies and similar browser technologies, and the optional services that run only if you accept them.

Current use

This website uses no advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies. It uses optional services that run only after you choose to accept them: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for analytics. The project brief on the contact page saves an unfinished brief in your browser's local storage under prism-project-brief so you can continue it later. It is removed after a successful submission, and you can also remove it by clearing this site's browser data.

Necessary storage

When you make a choice in the cookie banner, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner is not shown on every page. The website and its hosting platform may also use strictly necessary technical measures to provide pages securely, balance traffic, prevent abuse or preserve a form submission. These measures are used only where required for the service to work and are not used for advertising.

Analytics, only with your consent

Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used, such as where visitors click, how far they scroll and which pages they move between, so the website can be improved. With your consent, Clarity sets two cookies on this website: _clck, which recognises the same browser on later visits, and _clsk, which links the pages viewed during one visit into a single session. Microsoft may also set cookies on its own domains (clarity.ms and bing.com) to recognise a browser across sites that use Clarity. Microsoft lists them in its Clarity cookie guide at learn.microsoft.com and processes analytics data under the Microsoft privacy statement.

Google Analytics. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they arrived, so the website can be improved. With your consent it sets the cookies _ga and _ga_[container ID], which distinguish one browser from another and keep a visit together, for up to two years. Google processes this data under the Google privacy policy.

These services are not loaded until you accept analytics cookies in the banner, either with “Accept all” or by turning on analytics cookies under “Cookie settings”. If you reject them, or never choose, none of their code runs and no analytics cookies are set.

Your choices

Accept or reject optional cookies in the banner when you first visit. You can change your mind at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the website footer. Rejecting a category after accepting it removes that service's cookies and stops it running. You can also review or remove stored website data through your browser settings.

Future services

If Prism Media introduces any further non-essential technology, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before that service is enabled.
