Information we collect
A project enquiry may include your name, company, email address, phone number, investment range, timing and anything you choose to include in your brief. Report registration collects an email address and optional name. If you request a diagnostic summary, we receive your email address, score and answers. We also receive the basic technical information needed to keep submissions secure.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand whether we can help, take steps towards a contract where requested and maintain appropriate business records. We use report and diagnostic details to deliver what you asked for. Where you separately choose to receive future reports or invitations, we rely on that consent and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell personal information or use it for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives it
Information may be handled by authorised Beboc team members and carefully selected providers that support website hosting, secure enquiry delivery, business communications and analytics. They may only use it to provide those services. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we require an applicable UK adequacy decision or contractual safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry or relationship, provide a requested service, meet legal and accounting duties and protect the website. We review records periodically, then securely delete or anonymise information that is no longer required.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. They record page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, not the contents of forms, and Microsoft and Google process that data on our behalf. They run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to how your information is used. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
