Decoration fades quickly

A visual device can create an impressive reveal and still contribute little to the customer decision. Distinctiveness becomes durable when the creative move expresses the proposition rather than sitting on top of it.

Build a behaviour, not a motif

Define how the system moves, responds and prioritises information. A brand becomes easier to recognise when the same judgement appears across language, interface and campaign—not only in a logo treatment.
