03 · Insights · Find the signal

Turn signals
into decisions.

Listening, analysis and interpretation that reveal what matters now, and what the organisation should do next.
03 / 03

Information becomes valuable when it changes the next decision.

We bring customer, competitor, search, social and performance signals into one useful view. Then we translate that evidence into priorities people can understand and act on.

When insights needs to work harder

Recognise the
real problem.

01

There is data but no shared view

Teams have dashboards and reports, yet still disagree about what matters and what should happen next.

02

Customer signals live in separate places

Feedback, search behaviour, social conversation and performance evidence are rarely interpreted together.

03

Competitor activity creates reaction

The organisation watches what others do but lacks the context to distinguish a meaningful shift from noise.

Capabilities

What we bring
into focus.

01

Brand monitoring

Track visibility, conversation and associations to understand how the brand is moving.

02

Social listening

Reveal audience language, emerging needs, sentiment and the cultural context around a market.

03

Search intelligence

Use demand patterns and customer questions to improve propositions, content and journeys.

04

Competitor intelligence

Understand how the category is changing and where a more valuable position may be available.

05

Customer evidence

Combine qualitative and behavioural signals to expose friction, motivation and opportunity.

06

Decision synthesis

Turn complex evidence into a plain-English view of priorities, implications and next actions.

Useful answers

Before we
begin.

01Is this a research service or an analytics service?

It can include both. We choose the evidence sources around the decision required, then connect and interpret them rather than treating each source as a separate deliverable.

02Can you work with data we already have?

Yes. Existing research, analytics, customer feedback and team knowledge are often the right place to begin. We identify gaps only after understanding what is already available.

03Do you provide dashboards?

Where ongoing visibility is useful, yes. But the primary output is decision clarity: what the signals mean, why they matter and what should happen next.

04Can insights support brand and campaign work?

Yes. Insights is designed to connect directly with Prism’s Design and Marketing disciplines, helping shape propositions, creative choices, journeys and optimisation priorities.
